Yep. I think for something like quoting we appear to have a good handle on
it. Myself I am using coreutils' fold app for the number of columns -
including multibyte and good ol' sed to do the indentation. I believe these
tools are supplied in a cygwin enviroment (bash too!) so it *should* perform
well.
