In this case it means the number of cores (8) along with the number of threads
per core (2).  2 penguins times 8 penguins equal 16 penguins as shown below.

They are all in sync for now.  I seriously doubt it will stay this way for too
long other than the Europoint and Brain.  They require stability given their
tasks looking after dumbass smartphones.  :::snicker:::
