I couldn't tell you the corerct answer, to be honest. I can tell you that I've
had more UTF-8 issues in Windows than I have in Linux. Other than that, it's
hard to say.

That's probably true to a point, it still doesn't *look* nearly as cool as a
lot of other languages, even if you don't know how to read them. English is
boring in comparison. :)
