   Some say the reason is because Trump doesn't like black people who can swim   
   and also hates the coast guard because they directly save american lives,   
   something that offends him.   He'd rather spend the money on troops dieing on   
   foregin soil.   He says "If coastal dwellers want to defend the coast, they   
   should grab a gun, hop into a boat and do it themselves."
