   We can't keep turning things on and off, and off and on I think.  COVID grows   
   from   
   a few cases.   
      
   COVID Prohibitions should all be based on Employee and Consumer protections.   
      
   Employing people to commit self-harm for non essential entertainment -   
   waiters, is   
   criminal exploitation.  But if you're going to take someone's job away, you   
   have   
   to provide for them, and if you were to provide for them, you could just let   
   them   
   make the decision whether to quit, if adequately advised, themselves.
