   Canada can't refine their sludge into a marketable product because the   
   excessive waste products exceeds their own environment laws -  that is   
   why they have to pipe the sludge to the states.  Every barrel piped   
   produces 3 barrels of waste the refineries have to get rid of. I suggest   
   we dump that waste over in your  favorite lake .
