   Almost needless to say, the CIA-Mossad team collaborating on NTPX were   
   extremely pleased with the conclusive operation of their specimen Salvador   
   Ramos in Uvalde. The agents expect increased funding for their program over   
   the next four years.

   Barnea also quickly used Jessica Schumer to pass on to section leader Orly   
   Friedman a warning against allowing the development of too many targets to   
   jeopardize NTPX's public
