   So someone intent on sabotage that would kill millions is harmless because   
   they aren't carrying a weapon?   
      
   What sort of weapon does it take to take down cell systems, the internet or   
   tie up emergency numbers?   
      
   Could kill far more with a keystoke that with a gun.. but apparently without   
   a gun they are harmless.   
      
   What about the consequences of spying? You could lose a war due to spies   
   even though they never fired a shot themselves.   
      
   Why is it we are suddenly seeing an influx of lone fit military age male   
   Chinese nationals regularly crossing our border?   
      
   So you think they swam the Pacific ocean, leaving their wives and children   
   behind?
