   licence from Southwark Council to legally rent out her family home when she   
   moved to Downing Street   
      
      
      
   This is going to be a tricky one for Starmer who desperately wants to retain   
   Reeves as Chancellor while having pretended to have committed to maintaining   
   the highest standards of government and ministerial integrity.   
      
   He either fires her.
