   Trump backs Cuomo for New York City mayor and threatens to cut funding if   
   Mamdani wins   
      
   Trump has endorsed Andrew Cuomo, urging voters not to elect left-wing   
   front-runner Zohran Mamdani.   
      
   "Not the best mayor for New York City, not the best mayor for New Yorkers, but   
   the best mayor for Donald Trump and his administration," Mamdani said.   
      
      
      
   Cuomo is furious, doesn't want to be seen as a Trump, Republican and MAGA   
   stooge. All Trump's intervention  will do is lose him votes.   
      
   And Tyrant Trump's terrorism will only boost Mamdani's.
