   Keir Starmer was asked about the leaked draft US plan to end the war between   
   Russia and Ukraine.   
      
   Starmer told reporters that the ultimate goal is a "just and lasting peace" -   
   but says that should be determined by Ukraine.   
      
      
      
   The ultimate goal was the destruction of Russia, the removal of Putin.   
      
   And it was all going so well with Biden in office. But then Trump turned up   
   and quite rightly rejected the Axis of Evil.
