   Yeah, someone (you?) already posted this.  I feel sorry for Doctor   
   Chung; maybe he can get his license restored someday?  If not, I think   
   that he should consider devoting his expertise abroad if other countries   
   are willing to accept him and if he is truly competent to practice his   
   specialty of medicine.
