   I expect the real reason he has chosen to work with Maduro's vice president,   
   Delcy Rodríguez, is because she is less likely to resist American   
   subservience, the rape of her country, less likely to demand sovereignty and   
   democracy.

   This was never about democracy, freeing Venezuelans from the tyranny of the   
   Maduro regime; it was always about imposing the Trump tyranny upon them.
