   to the NRA, machine gun ownership is legal with the appropriate Federal   
   Firearm Licence.   
      
   And even if not legal in America they, and such "destructive devices",   
   obviously were legal for the president to own in Venezuela.   
      
   It's as ridiculous as charging someone for having smoked marijuana in a   
   country where it is legal to smoke marijuana.
