   On 4 January, Marco Rubio walked back Trump's comments of the day before,   
   saying the US would not govern Venezuela, but would continue to enforce the   
   existing oil quarantine in order to pressure for policy changes.   
      
   Rubio also affirmed that the US did not officially recognize Rodríguez'   
   presidency, despite Trump's avowal that he would work with Rodríguez.   
      
      
      
   That does fits with the "what the fuck are you talking about?" look on Rubio's   
   face when Trump claimed America would "run Venezuela", that Rubio had been   
   working with Rodríguez who had agreed to let America steal the oil.   
      
   I guess it was the first time he'd heard this 'invented on the spot' made-up   
   bullshit.   
      
   Or Rubio is the one lying.   
      
   Fuck knows what's going on. I am not sure Tyrant Trump or Rebel Rubio actually   
   know. This is what happens when you have a brain damaged president in charge.
