   If there was ever proof that there is no such thing as a done deal with   
   President Trump, this surely is a staggering example.   
      
   Last February he signed off on the Chagos Islands being handed over   
      
   Trump backed it saying: "I have a feeling it's going to work out very well"   
      
      
      
   America's fucked in the head president has gone completely off the rails,   
   criticising what he himself had cheered for.
