Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says the UK is "letting us down" by handing
sovereignty of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius.
He'd be more right if he'd said the UK are again letting Chagossians down, by
stealing their sovereignty and forcing them from their lands 50 years ago,
then handing their sovereignty to Mauritius.
