   The Knesset is debating and likely to pass a bill, pressed by the far right   
   Jewish Power Party, which will legitimise Lynch Law.   
      
   It is an apartheid law which will mandate death by hanging only for   
   Palestinians convicted of ‘terrorist’ killing but will not apply to   
   Israelis. Settlers who rampage through the West Bank murdering Palestinians   
   are not covered.   
      
      
      
   Opponents say the law is racist. Israel's far right shrug that off as it's   
   meant to be racist.
