   Seems fair enough. Why shouldn't the under 16 enjoy the Child Sexual Abuse   
   Material,the racist and fascist hate which his social media and AI spews up ?   
      
   Most of its "kill yourself" content will go to waste if its target audience   
   aren't allowed to see it.
