The tests - carried out by five European countries using samples from his body
smuggled out of the prison - showed the substance that killed him was
developed from the toxin found in Ecuadorian dart frogs.

Sure but the question isn't whether the samples show evidence of some toxin,
but whether the samples had toxins added to them after they were taken from
   his body.

Given there is no secure chain of evidence, that these samples passed through
the hands of those who have every reason for toxins to be found, it doesn't
take a lot of critical thought to realise it's another con job.

Giver anyone a knife with blood on it and they will say there is blood on it.

That doesn't mean the knife was ever used against the person whose blood is
   upon it.

This is 'don't be taken for a ride' 101.
