   Well, the Doctor wasn't in the episode long enough to cry...if he did,   
   it would make crying even worthless than it is now.  I did like Conrad   
   getting his arm bitten off (looks like they got it back on), and the   
   fact that the Doctor lives in his head rent free.

   Yes, when shows inject "modern" aspects of life it causes the episode to   
   have a short shelf life.  As opposed to stories that could occur at any   
   time, and are "timeless".
