    I don't know.   
      
   From what I've read, filming took place between the filming for   
   Doctor Who S14 and S15 which makes sense to me. IF there were   
   any delays it's possible they were in post production... maybe   
   because FX/CGI stuff for Doctor Who S15 took priority. (?) Which   
   would also make sense.
