   No actually, because Series 13 WAS a 13th Doctor series!!!   
      
   Did it take you this long to realise that Aggy actually mixed   
   up Season 13 with Series 13 though?!  ;-)   
      
   Of course, it is an easy enough mistake to make (clearly!) so   
   we won't hold it against him. Every Doctor Who 'fan' should know   
   that Season 13 was a Tom Baker season though, and if they didn't,   
   all they had to do was click the link and read the article   
   provided. Simples.
