   Grealish is a good signing and with the new stadium Everton   
   could get a boost... not enough to win the Premier League   
   obviously, but it's possible they won't be fighting   
   relegation... again! Leeds are at home so I expect them to be   
   'up for it' too. So I went 2-2 for the prediction game. It   
   seemed reasonable to me...
