   People who are brown or the wrong shade of white are going to be   
   constantly harassed to prove that they are not illegal immigrants. What   
   happens of you forget your ID card at home? Are they going to jail you?   
      
   We already have National Insurance and NHS numbers and you have to   
   provide that information when you start a new job or rent somewhere to   
   live, so what the need for a another card?
