   I don't think there are any Gallifreyans in those movies (it's been a   
   long long time since I saw them) - that's why it's not real "Doctor   
   Who".   
      
   There is some fan concoted nonsense idea that those movies were made by   
   an actor and that the real Time Lord Doctor Who we know from the TV   
   series had agreed to them being made.
