   As you didn't see the last episode of Doctor Who (The Reality   
   War) it won't mean much to you, but UNIT did say something   
   about there being glitches in reality, as the boundaries between   
   realities were breaking down, or something... so at a guess, it   
   is probably related to that.   
      
   Then again, it might not be... but I'm sure RTD [in his head]   
   planned something... or why write those lines?
