   Chibnall said he loved "Doctor Who"... but, he thought "Trial of   
   a Time Lord" wasn't great, he criticised Pip and Jane Baker's   
   writing of the final segment especially, he also moaned about   
   "Doctor Who" episodes being cliched with people running up and   
   down corridors as well as being full of silly monsters...  then   
   as an adult he went and wrote the Timeless Child arc, as well as   
   creating the supposedly pre-Hartnell "Fugitive Doctor", giving   
   her a blue Police Box TARDIS in the process.   
      
   I think I agree more with the younger Chris Chibnall!   
      
   (I did like "Broadchurch" though.)
