   Those are 120 winters and summers, ie. 60 years.   
      
   It's explained by Pausanias and Pliny.   
      
   Norse poetry and Spartan poetry uses the same conventions when giving   
   peoples ages or the number of years between events. It's either 10   
   'winters' meaning 10 years old or 20 'winters and summers' meaning only   
   10 years have passed and so on. In other poetry a year is counted as a   
   season therefore 4 of them make up an actual year.   
      
   The bible counts lunar months as years at the start then years as   
   seasons then years as winters and summers, then seasons as years again,   
   then winters and summers as years, then years as years and sometimes   
   winters and summers as years in the same account such as in Kings and   
   Chronicles assigning double the number of years to one king in one book   
   compared to the other.   
      
   Lunar months are bridged from 235/19 in a year to the year being divided   
   into 8 parts and then into 4. Also 100 lunar months are subtracted from   
   peoples dates of birth in the Hebrew account but not in the Septuagint   
   meaning the Hebrew account is the least accurate because it is a later   
   version and the original figures have been tampered with as was   
   determined by Eusebius.   
      
   Almost all generations in the Bible average at 25 years per generation   
   so you can get the correct dates by counting those up. One line of   
   decent of Christ counts 25 years per generation and the other line of   
   ancestors deliberately counts 50 years per generation. Prior to Noah its   
   an average of about 20 years per generation subject to tempering with   
   the dates of birth for the generations of Shem and earlier, and   
   switching from lunar months to a year being divided into 8 and then 4   
   and then 2 segments as I mentioned earlier. Abram and Abraham count as   
   two individuals 25 years per generation each and Jacob and Israel count   
   as two individuals too.   
      
   This means Noah's Flood is the Thera Eruption of 1628 BC and just as   
   Josephus states Noah is the same person as Janus king of Italy and   
   Ogygus king of Athens and Scythia. The dating of the Ogygyian Delgue in   
   the Chronicon of Eusebius and Jerome also gives the same date. Since in   
   Norse history Midgard is Macedonia or Mygdonia, Troy was Asgard, the   
   Bifrost Bridge was a bridge over the Bosphorus, and Surtr is another   
   name for Set meaning that Surtr must be Typhon this implies that the   
   events of Ragnarok are describing the war between the Gods and Giants   
   (Jotnar) and the battle between Zeus and Typhon followed by the   
   imprisonment of Typhon/Set under a volcano and the Thera Eruption and   
   destruction of Middle Earth. The account of the Fall of Atlantis   
   describes exactly the same events. The flood being caused by the Mega   
   Tsunami that occurred when 4/5 of Thera was tuned into dust and reached   
   all the way from Santorini/Thera to Cyprus and Egypt. And that's where   
   Greek, Roman, Norse, Phoenician, and Hebrew religion all originate from,   
   and this was also affirmed by Philo and Porphyry as quoted by Eusebius.
