I think it was first uttered by the Z1C or someone around him, we just took it as a honorary title, for something we were already doing for probably a decade before that. But maybe less publicly. So the "job" already existed, and didn't change with the new title... ;-) Anyway it is not so difficult to figure out, either Tommi's RC or the ZC could have done this. So it will probably come known what happend in the near future.
