Yeah, I am setting this up as well and for some reason it is not accepting
inbound telnet connections on a fully patched/updated Windows XP Pro VM.
VSMTP and VIRC both work as expected but VADV32 is not accepting telnet
connections.  Users just connect, and then don't get the BBS itself.  Is this
is same problem that you are having?
