Hello mark!

I've written to them about the change in format being Base64 instead of the
plain text we're subscribed in. I even unsubscribed and re-subscribed making
sure that plain text was selected.  And again today's message came in encoded
Base64.  I suspect that something has gone wrong with their system.  Hopefully
they will answer my e-mail to them (just a few minutes ago) and get the system
straightened out.

I'm cross-posting this to the Vatican echo to give other readers a heads-up on
what's happening.
