i have a list of FTN zones that i've built up over time... no clue which ones
are actually active or how to join them... my list has been built from
scanning mailer connections and looking at all the AKAs presented...

  https://paste.linux-help.org/view/07b043b2

the file says it is in 5D format and it pretty much is other than the zone
number used... all of them are set to 1 (my base/main AKA zone) because my
tosser appends the hex zone to the given path instead of leaving that for only
additional zones in the same network... the actual zones are listed in the far
right columns...

it might be easier to scan your mailer logs for connections with other systems
and see what AKAs they are flying... then contact them for info on how to
join... since they are already in, they should have information available for
others interested in joining...

Once men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would
set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.
... Onion rings to bring them all and in the oil fry them.
