Calculate (8.4*553 + 6.7*345 + 6.7*310 + 6.8*304) / (553 + 345 + 310 + 304)

= ( 4645.2 + 2311.5 + 2077 + 2067.2 ) /1512

= (11100.9) / 1512 = 7.3

So the average is 7.3/10

That is about right.
