Do you recall how your version "got to" v4.12?  Was RTPatch used to
upgrade it?

I just need an original EXE/OVR file combination.  If that's all you
have, I can work with it.  I just wanted to make sure I was working on
an "untouched/unmodified" version since it will be the basis for all
others with v4.12.
