PIn the past I use to have my default web page play a mp3 file automatically
when it loaded.  I recall it was a WINServer app... I forget exactly what it
was... I have spent some time looking over backups and in the WINS directory
and cannot seem to find the file.

I have been looking, google, for an html command that does the same and it's
not working out.  Every time I go to add whatever code I think might work...
a small app is attached to the web page and it prompts the person to play the
file.  I would like it to auto load without any prompting and play in the
background withourt user imput
