I figured out the audio issue I was trying to solve.  I didn't find an
internal WINS way of doing it.... HTML has a way of doing it.  BUT... guess
what ... I had autoload disabled on my browser so I had a bitch of a time
getting it to work... Yes thank you 2020 for making my life soooooooooooo
hard.

it would have been a 5 minute job if I didn't have the autoload feature
disabled.
