So, for those of you who want to add message scanning or reading during
your login sequence as I have done on my board, here is a simple piece
of code you can use to get started:
#include "cmdline.wch"
#include "markmsg.wch"
#include "menuutil.wch"
#include "msgutil.wch"
#include "util.wch"
print
if not(InputYesNo("Do you wish to scan for new messages?")) Then End
print
//RunMenuCommand("Read Messages", "N S")
RunMenuCommand("Read Messages", "S N A")
print
WaitEnter
print
No, it's not exactly like Synchronet's, but it works. Just be sure your
S, A and A commands are set up right in your message menu (ie
[S]elected, [A]ll and [N]ew options).
... Southern DOS: Y'all reckon? (Yep/Nope)
