It tossed inbound packets just fine (as witness by the fact that
I am replying to this message).  It's just when it scans out
echomail.  But, it looks like the utility I grabbed last night is
doing what it is supposed to do and messages from my Wildcat! 4.2
system is making into the WINS system normally.
