Sorry I have been unable to get to they keyboard pretty much all of this
weekend.  We had a guest up from Jacksonsville, FL so the majority of my time
was spent with my husband and him, so I apologize for that.

As far as the doors are concerned, do you have them all set up to communicate
over COM1?  If night, might want to make that change in the doors
configuration.
Also, where are you putting the batch files to start your doors?
