I use Internet ReX for binkp between my system and other systems that are not
mailer-over-telnet capable.  BINKP is still not built into PX yet, and at this
point I doubt it ever will be.  When you upgraded to the new PX, you probably
did not tell it to upgrade only so the files were overwritten.  That was fixed
in the installer with the latest PX/WINS 7 update.
