So "password99" in pxtools & WINS will not work.

But "password99" or "PASSWORD99" in pxTools and "PASSWORD99" in WINS will
work.

I beleive when Hector wrote PXW, WINS was not yet case sensitive.

Hector updated PXW to be able to installed on a 64 bit OS but has not updated
the code for a long time.

Whether Hector has the time or inclination to update PXW would be be nice to
know as there a few changes that could do with.
