In a message on Sunday 07-30-16 Paul Quinn said to Holger Granholm:

Good evening Paul,

HG> This day was completely turned upside/down. I woke up at 09:20 instead
 HG> of the usual 07:45. I don't know why!

PQ> I had a day like that yesterday, Friday. I woke at 08:20-ish
PQ> instead of my usual at 07:00-ish. That stuffed up the rest of my day

Apparently our bodies/brains do need some extra rest, at times ;o)

HG> I was to the yearly grill party for the radio amateurs of our club,

PQ> No excuse like that here. All I can think of is the damned cold
PQ> morning(s), as being the reason.

Well, we are also closing in on cooler weather but it's not here yet.
There's a say that says; On Jakob's day, he throws a cold stone into the
water. After that, the swimming waters will get colder. Now, Jakob had
his name in the calender on the 26th, but the water isn't getting colder

PQ> That and the fact that I'm actually closing the back door now.

I'll soon have to start closing some windows and/or the balcony door,
for the night. Still 21.8øC in the bedroom this morning.

HG> 22ø here in the morning, and 23.5ø in the afternoon, and a slight
HG> breeze from the sea. So far we haven't had a tropical night.

PQ> We're back to the seasonal normal range: tomorrow's forecast is
PQ> good example 7-25øC. Somewhat uncomfortable in the early hours ...

Seems to a very large range of temperatures. The variations here are
smaller, like 0-10ø in the fall and early spring, and now 10-22.

PQ> I'm okay out on the back verandah in full sun, enjoying the first
PQ> smoke of the day at about 09:00. :)

I'll wait with that until 10:00, ;o) Until then I'm replying to echo
mail, doing the bed, and shaving.

Sometime in the afternoon (not today though), I'll get into the ring to
fight T-bird again. In my tries to get the display to my taste, I
removed the check mark for '[ ] Menu', and now I can't get it back and
am closed out from all settings behind that choice.

To get help I'm used to getting into a help file that came with the
program. Now I have to be connected to the net to get help.

Have a good nite,

Holger
