I saved a step and now have an earlier start in winter, with a two year old
beard.  :)

Just right-click in a blank area just under the program's title bar. You
should get a pop-up menu that ought to help you.

I never noticed that; I've been spoiled with every other email program
preparing me for Tbird's quirks.
