In a message on Tuesday 11-01-17 Paul Quinn said to Holger Granholm:

Good afternoon Paul,

First: I saw this morning on the TV that you have quite nice weather, at
least temperature-wise, although you could do without the thunderstorm.

HG> Odd things happen in this computer world.

PQ> I guarantee that it was not there when I carefully pasted it. (See
PQ> my reply to Ed.)

I believe you ;o)

HG> Ed is using the search thing in MultiMail, but I'm not storing old QWK
HG> packets, so I can't do that kind of search.

PQ> Ah, yes. I feel your pain. I have a BBS that I will not go
PQ> anywhere near for echomail stuff. I will not inflict it on others
PQ> either so I don't advertise it anywhere.

It ain't no pain. What I want to save, I save, the rest disappears.

HG> Well, this was a single case so far.

PQ> This time. What about the next. ;-)

Next time I know not to get hooked by some odd dates or such .

PQ> ... "Crunch!, snap!, crackle!, pop!" goes the infantry.

Yeah I know, been there.

Last: The weather here is midday/afternoon temperatures in the single
digit range (4-8øC), and sometimes, as today, roofs and cars are white
due to frost in the morning.

On sunday I got the studded wheels on the car aided by my son. My hip is
not fully recovered yet but still improving, although a surgeon told me
in august, not to expect any more improvement. I'm deluding him .

Have a nice day,

Holger
