Mystic is not handling hubing for a point node at all very well.

I have a node linked by point, Netmail's worked, as long as they were packet
format 2.2, not 2+, and only then did it work, else it would give, in Mystic's
mutil, an error that the netmail was supposedly address to 1:65536/371, whcih
was definitely incorrect on it's part..
Second, I have now a node hooked up to get echomail, one message base,
AGN_TST, and when I post on that BBS, it gets exported, sent to Mystic's
BinkP, and then..... Nothing. 0 echos tossed, 0 imported, 0 relayed to the HUB
as expected.
