This I can help you with.  Netmail me and I can put together a package for
you.  You might also want to talk to Nick Andre who is running Renegade
under Windows Server.  For OS/2, though, I can get you what you need to get
it online and reachable via telnet.

Don't bother.  The Win32s solution has a very narrow scope.  If you're
really wanting to do that, set up your BBS under a 32-bit version of
Windows.
