robocopy would be your friend here.

A simpler program if you didn't need a progress meter would be xcopy:
C:\>xcopy /?
Copies files and directory trees.
XCOPY source [destination]
/V Verifies the size of each new file.
/Z Copies networked files in restartable mode.
