it was about win95 and then morphed to a more general windows-based discussion
area... it was one of the more active windows discussion areas for quite some
time... the only real complaint that i recall was the name/echotag being too
specific... other similar areas were started but none really took off... over
time, discussion in here just fell off to pretty much nothing...
