   Yes there is. It divides two parts of the sentence. "I am, you are" is the
proper way.

   We can all tell that US English is your *only* language. US English is
infamous for not knowing how to handle a comma correctly.

   I remember a famous quote from some 15 years ago, in, I think, the New York
Times:

   "The best way to make sense of the Second Amendment is to take away
    all the commas (which, I know, means that only outlaws will have
    commas)."
